Accent Device Screen not responding

Client has called in advising that their screen is no longer working all of a sudden.

The device may not have been shut down correctly and is now facing intermittent issues.

To solve this; we want to perform a hard reset of the device:

• Find a paperclip or pin (or earring) and insert it into the small hole next to the power button.
• the manual may appear, close this window.
• Important: after the hard reset, the device still needs to be switched off and back on
