No display but sound is working

If the client is contacting us and describing how their device screen is blank or black, but when they touch the screen the voice speaks or sound is working.

It is likely the LCD Screen is faulty - Device will need to be sent to Liberator for repair.

SOLUTION - Raise RA# send device in for repairs
