Speech isn't working on Accent Device

SOLUTION 1 – CHECK SPEECH STATUS

1. In the top right corner press the blue settings button  

2. Then press Toolbox 

3. You want to check the small speech bubble in the top right corner is white. (Indicating Speech is on) 

SOLUTION 2 – Check if auditory prompts is on (you have to press a button twice for it to talk) 

1. In the top right corner press the blue settings button  

2. Then press Toolbox 

3. Select Auditory Prompt menu  (Should be top right corner)

4. Set auditory prompts to: ' Off ' 

SOLUTION 3 – Output menu is on  

1. In the top right corner press the blue settings button  

2. Then press Toolbox 

3. Select Output menu  

4. Check that output is switched to: ' Off ' 

5. Check that output destination is switched to: ' Internal '

If problem persists Raise RA# send device in for repairs
