When screen has a black line on the top of the screen display /Icons are not matching with the KG or TG holes:
Exit Nuvoice by going to Settings - Hide/Show Window - Close any open programs - enter back into NuVoice again.
- Check display resolution - exit NuVoice - Go to the search bar and search "display" - check the resolution is set to the "recommended setting"
- Back up the vocabulary by going to settings - toolbox - tranfer memory menu - save entire device contents - plug in a USB and select it, you may need to press "choose different folder" to find your USB - click okay. This process may take a very long time.
After you have backed up your device it is time to do an app reset - go to settings - toolbox - maint menu - factory reset - ok. Once reset, turn the device off and on and load the vocabulary back onto the device by going to settings - toolbox - transfer memory menu - load entire device contents. This will take a while - if that doesn’t work, transfer to Nilendra.
