Set up Toolbox lock

Please see instructions below on how to set up a Toolbox lock

To set up Toolbox lock:

1. Blue settings cog > Toolbox > Maint Menu > Toolbox restrictions
2. Toolbox restrictions > ON
3. Select Lock type:
   • Password: Set up a password > OK
   • USB: Requires you to plug in a USB with the override file. See below. 

USB Override File:

1. Download the attached file
2. Plug your USB into your computer
3. Open the USB drive in your file explorer
4. Extract the file “SystemLockOverride.zip”.
5. The “SystemLockOverride.txt” will be in a folder called SystemLockOverride. You must move the .txt file of this folder into the root of the USB (It is the first location you encounter when you access your USB memory stick or external drive.). If you do not do this, the unlock file will not work on the accent.
6. Remove the USB from your computer and plug it into the Accent to unlock.
