A magnetic switch can be installed onto an LR device. This disables the power button and means that you can only turn the device on or off using a magnet touching the back.
To install:
- The device will need to come into HQ. (raise an RA)
- As it is a modification rather than repair, we will charge for this installation (no matter if in warranty or not)
- Cost will be:
- Shipping cost
- Labour cost
- Part cost
To Repair
- The repair will be covered if still under warranty, otherwise standard out of warranty costs apply.
