Laggy or Delayed Input Screen

If there is a delay between when they press a button to when the speech is heard, it may be a simple setting fix, or software issue:

Settings:

1. Menu > Application Settings > Input > Acceptance time > Untick 
2. Menu > Application Settings > Input > Release time > Untick
3. Menu > Application Settings > Input > Activate on release > Untick

Back up and Reset

1. Back up your device (instructions attached)
2. Menu > Application settings > Menu Lock > Tick > Set up a password 
3. Menu > Application settings > System > User Backup/Restore > Reset data > Yes
4. Menu > Library > Import vocab file > Open 

If the problem persists, raise an RA.
