Device Is Locked – Forgot Password

A Caller may sometimes lock themselves out of their device from accessing some important settings.

These will override the forgotten password and trigger a password reset:  

Kiosk mode override:    bazinga 

Menu lock override:    BOSCO    (All Caps)

If they are referring to the actual device password, unfortunately we do not have an override password for this. To regain access would involve a complete wipe and reset, meaning they would loose all data.
