Vocab Builder missing – Liberator Pty Ltd

I have listed some troubleshooting steps below for Vocab Builder missing.

Check if the problem persists on other vocab files.

Menu > Library > Open another custom file, or duplicate a locked file to create a new custom file.
Go back to main page and check menu for Vocab Builder. Is vocab builder there?
Yes: A button set has been created on the file. Proceed with further troubleshooting
No: An issue relating to licensing codes on the device. Respond to this email with so we can asses with our technicians

Button Set is causing the vocab builder to disappear.

This was caused by a bug in an older software. To resolve this, you just need to update the device to the latest software.
Ensure your device is connected to WiFi
Menu > Help > Check for updates > Install
